Dr. Sunita Zalpuri, formerly Dean at J&K IMPARD and Head of the Centre for Good Governance and Administrative Reforms, has 25 years of experience training government officers. An expert in constitutional laws, gender transparency laws, urban governance, health, and environment, she is also an accomplished researcher in administrative and consumer laws. Dr. Zalpuri developed an administrative laws package under UNDP, sponsored by DoPT, Govt. of India, and is a recognized trainer for PPP, e-governance, and training development programs. She previously taught at the University of Kashmir and worked as a lecturer and legal officer at MIER.

Dr. Komila Aggarwal has an experience of 15 years in Academics and Administration. She did her LL.M. (Cyber Crimes) and Ph.D. from University of Jammu. Her areas of interest like in Constitutional law, Law of Contract, Cyber Law, Labour Law & Arbitration Law. She has served in many Law Colleges like Ashoka Law College, CMH Law College, CPJCHS Law College (Delhi), Amity University (Noida) & Dogra Law College. In all these colleges, she has worked at different positions from an Academician to Administrative (Principal). She has publication of three research papers in law journal and one book to her credit. She has attended various legal conferences, seminars and Moot court at National Level.

Mr. Bhanu Partap Singh Sambyal obtained his B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) degree from Christ University, Bengaluru. With 5 years of legal industry experience, he began as an Associate at Accenture and later worked as a Legal Associate at Archer & Angel Law Firm, Hyderabad. He has engaged in corporate and labour litigation under a Senior Advocate at the High Court of Telangana. Pursuing his interest in research and academia, he completed an LL.M. in Constitutional Law from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi. Mr. Sambyal has 8 months of teaching experience at Dogra Law College, Jammu, focusing on Constitutional Law, Public Policy, Human Rights Law, IPR, and Labour Laws. He has research publications and has participated in national conferences and legal workshops. He also serves as a Reviewer for ILI Law Review, a UGC Approved Journal.

He worked on a research project titled "Impact of Job Burnout on the Mental Well-being of JKMPCL Employees" and presented a research paper at the INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON REIMAGINING MARKETING WITH TECHNOLOGY jointly organized by IIM Jammu and Deakin University, Australia.

Dr. Amanpreet served as an assistant professor at Mittal School of Business, Lovely Professional University, Phagwara, holding various administrative positions. As a SAP education certified faculty member, Dr. Amanpreet's research focuses on green consumer behavior, green marketing, OTT platforms, marketing, and the environment. Over 10 research papers have been published in national and international journals, with participation in more than 10 conferences.

Dr. Kaur is UGC-NET qualified with over 6 years of teaching experience and has served as Head of the Department at KC Group of Institutions, SBS Nagar, Punjab. She has authored numerous research papers and articles on socio-legal subjects, with three publications in national journals. Ms. Walia gained industry experience in cyber/financial crime and law at WhiteLint Global Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi, and later pursued teaching after clearing UGC-NET 2022, focusing on Law and socio-legal issues. Her interests include Crime, Criminology, and the Criminal Justice system.
