Dr. Sunita Zalpuri, formerly Dean at J&K IMPARD and Head of the Centre for Good Governance and Administrative Reforms, has 25 years of experience training government officers. An expert in constitutional laws, gender transparency laws, urban governance, health, and environment, she is also an accomplished researcher in administrative and consumer laws. Dr. Zalpuri developed an administrative laws package under UNDP, sponsored by DoPT, Govt. of India, and is a recognized trainer for PPP, e-governance, and training development programs. She previously taught at the University of Kashmir and worked as a lecturer and legal officer at MIER.

Mr. Bhanu Partap Singh Sambyal holds a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) degree from Christ University, Bengaluru, and an LL.M. in Constitutional Law from the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi. With five years of experience in the legal industry, he started his career as an Associate at Accenture, followed by a role as a Legal Associate at Archer & Angel Law Firm, Hyderabad. He has also practiced corporate and labour litigation under a Senior Advocate at the High Court of Telangana. Passionate about research and academia, Mr. Sambyal has eight months of teaching experience, specializing in Constitutional Law, Public Policy, Human Rights Law, Intellectual Property Rights, and Labour Laws. He has published research papers, participated in national conferences and legal workshops, and serves as a Reviewer for the ILI Law Review, a UGC-approved journal.

Bhanu Partap Singh

Dr. Rohini Sharma earned her Ph.D. from the Law Department of Jammu University. She has three years of teaching experience and has served as a Law Consultant at IMPA Jammu and Lovely Professional University. Her expertise includes Constitutional Law and Human Rights Law, with a focus on legal education and policy analysis. She has also contributed to academic research through publications and participation in legal seminars.

Ms. Harneet Kour completed her B.A., LL.B. from The Law School, University of Jammu, and her postgraduate studies at Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Patiala. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. from the Law Department of Jammu University. She has published one chapter in a book and has participated in various national conferences and seminars. Her areas of interest include Criminal Law, Environmental Law, Human Rights Law, and Contractual Law.

Ms. Harneet Kour

Dr. Insha Idrees, Assistant Professor at The Law School, MIET, Jammu, specializes in Constitutional Law, International Law, and Human Rights. She holds an LL.B. from Jammu University, an LL.M. from the Central University of Haryana, and a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Jammu. Her research on anti-trafficking strategies, particularly in Jammu and Kashmir, integrates legal analysis with advocacy and policy reform. She previously worked as a consultant with the American India Foundation on labour trafficking and as an Assistant Professor at KCEF Law College, University of Kashmir. Dr. Insha has published in Scopus-indexed and UGC Care-listed journals and contributes to international anti-trafficking initiatives.

Ms. Mansi Walia completed her Bachelors in Law from the University of Jammu and her Post Graduation in Criminology from LNJN NICFS GGSIPU Delhi, specializing in Economic Offences Law. She has authored numerous research papers and articles on socio-legal subjects, with three publications in national journals. Ms. Walia gained industry experience in cyber/financial crime and law at WhiteLint Global Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi, and later pursued teaching after clearing UGC-NET 2022, focusing on Law and socio-legal issues. Her interests include Crime, Criminology, and the Criminal Justice system.

Sharad Sharma is a Ph.D. candidate in Law at the University of Jammu, specializing in Environmental Law and Intellectual Property Rights, focusing on Geographical Indications in Jammu and Kashmir. He has taught Intellectual Property Rights and served as a research assistant for a national project on the Indian Police System. Sharad has presented at national and international conferences on migration, geographical indications, and environmental law. His publications cover constitutional law in the digital age and corporate healthcare's role in the right to health. Proficient in research and technical skills, he holds certifications in computer applications and Urdu, with an MA in Political Science.

I enhanced my expertise through certified courses in Fundamental Rights, Global Diplomacy, and Internal Politics. My internships have focused on assisting clients with writs and PILs. Recognized as Best Speaker at Janmat 2020 and Youth Speak Forum, and Best Volunteer by India Redefined, I excel in research, using platforms like Manupatra and SCC Online, and possess strong analytical skills, thriving in collaborative and high-pressure environments.

Ms. Janees Rafiq

Mohd Aqib Aslam is a dedicated legal scholar currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in the Department of Law at the University of Jammu. His academic journey has been marked by a series of impressive qualifications and achievements, including the State Eligibility Test (SET), which qualifies him as an Assistant Professor in the subject of Law. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) from Maharaja Agrasen University in Baddi Solan, Himachal Pradesh, where he excelled by securing the first position, earning him the prestigious University Gold Medal in 2019. Prior to his LL.M, he completed a five-year integrated Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Legislative Law (B.A. LL.B) from the University of Jammu. Additionally, He is a member of the Bar Council of India and successfully cleared the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) in 2019. His academic prowess is complemented by a remarkable list of awards and recognitions.

Ms. Vishakha Chib holds a B.Sc. from Government Gandhi Memorial Science College, Jammu, an LL.B. (Professional) from the Department of Law, University of Jammu, and an LL.M. from the Central University of Punjab, Bathinda. She also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Rights Law and Duties Education from The Law School, University of Jammu, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. from the Department of Law, University of Jammu. She has attended various workshops, presented research papers at national seminars and international conferences, and published a chapter in a book. She has actively participated in numerous national and international webinars on various legal domains. Her areas of interest include Constitutional Law, Environmental Law, and Civil Law.

With 15 years of industry and academic experience, post-graduate education from Guru Nanak Dev University, an MA in Economics from Doaba College, and a Ph.D. from Punjab Technical University, Dr. Amanpreet is NET qualified. Dr. Amanpreet served as an assistant professor at Mittal School of Business, Lovely Professional University, Phagwara, holding various administrative positions. As a SAP education certified faculty member, Dr. Amanpreet's research focuses on green consumer behavior, green marketing, OTT platforms, marketing, and the environment. Over 10 research papers have been published in national and international journals, with participation in more than 10 conferences.

Dr. Navjeet Kaur is an Assistant Professor at the School of Management, MBA. She completed her Ph.D. in International Business in 2023 from the University of Jammu, specializing in "Cultural Influences and Global Career Choices: An Investigation of Indian Students’ Perspectives." Dr. Kaur is UGC-NET qualified with over 6 years of teaching experience and has served as Head of the Department at KC Group of Institutions, SBS Nagar, Punjab. Her research interests include Culture, Cross-Culture, Human Resource, and Gender Based Studies, with several publications in national and international journals. She has also participated in numerous national and international conferences and seminars.

Dr. Arora has 4 years of experience working at the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, University of Jammu, and another 4 years at Amity University

She holds a postgraduate degree in commerce from the University of Pune, a PG Diploma in Banking and Finance from NIIT, and a PGDM in Operations Management from Welingkar Institute, Mumbai. She is also a certified auditor for ISO 9001:2015.

He worked as an Engineer at Accent Pharma, Jammu, for 15 months, managing strategic design and plant layout changes. His interests include Marketing Management, Advertising Management, and Quantitative Techniques.

Her doctoral research is centered on the 'Prospects and Challenges of Right to Health vis-Ã -vis Health Care: A Socio-Legal Study in Ladakh,' exploring the intersection of health rights and healthcare accessibility.
