Col. Ranveer Singh

Col. Ranveer Singh (born 26 December 1975) is an officer of the Indian Army and the first Indian to climb the Seven Summits along with Mount Everest three times. He is a veteran of more than 45 mountaineering expeditions. He presently holds two Asian records and three Indian Records in mountaineering.

Ms. Ashima Koul

Ms. Ashima Koul an independent peace practitioner, women, peace and security expert, changemaker, humanitarian and journalist. Her contribution to peacebuilding, leadership, gender awareness, women’s issues and social change started with her feature articles on women’s narratives in Kashmir in 1996. She documented the case studies and women’s role as participants, witnesses, displaced and victims of the conflict in Kashmir for a research-action-oriented study sponsored by the MacArthur Foundation which led to her grassroots intervention for women’s security, inclusion and empowerment in 1999-2000. Her articles on women’s experiences, conditions and status were published in several major national dailies including The Hindustan Times, The Pioneer and The Times of India.

Major Abhinandan Singh

With his grit, determination and relentless attitude, Major Abhinandan Singh overcame his drastic injury of spine and ankle, gave up his military career and cracked the toughest exam of India, UPSC securing an all India rank of 749. Maj Abhinandan Singh is an alumni of the prestigious Indian Military Academy and was commissioned into the Corps of Signals in the Indian Army in July 2015. He has served the Indian Army for close to a decade with varied experience of working in the counter insurgency areas of Assam(tezpur), Jammu and Kashmir and also in Punjab plains and deserts of Rajasthan and was awarded with the Chief of Integrated Defence Staff Commendation card on Independence day 2022 for his work in the field of Sig Intelligence along the sensitive India Pakistan Border. He qualified UPSC CSE 2022 with AIR 749 and was allotted IRMS Indian Railways Management Service.

Lt. Col. Man Singh

Lt. Col. Man Singh Jamwal, passed Matric from St. Mary’s Presentation Convent, Jammu in 1970, passed P.U.C in 1971, joined National defence academy in 1971 and passed out in 1974 and commissioned from Indian Military Academy, Dehradun on 15th June , 1975. Served 23years in Army and 12 years as Zila Sanik Welfare Officer. Topic of talk- “if you are still living your task is not over” correlating it to life experiences

Ms. Rigzen Wangmo

Rigzen Wangmo is an educator and the founder of Village Lab Foundation, a non-profit organization based in the Nubra Valley, Leh Ladakh. She is the first female from Ladakh to graduate from the prestigious Harvard University, where she pursued an M.Ed, specializing in Teaching and Teacher Leadership. She founded the Ladakh Literacy Society, an initiative dedicated to promoting the love of reading and learning among people in Ladakh. She served as the First Teach For India Fellow from Ladakh. After two years of fellowship in Pune, she returned to Ladakh and worked as an Academic Director at Secmol alternative school for 3 years. Now, She is working on ambitious initiatives at Village Lab Foundation, which focuses on strengthening villages in Ladakh through an innovative intergenerational education model. Rigzen believes that indigenous communities worldwide have much to offer, and we must bring that knowledge and wisdom to our education system to secure a sustainable future.
